  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 280 g tinned tuna
  • 12 marinated dried tomatoes 
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard 
  • 1 jar of sliced pitted black olives  
  • Salt/Pepper

  • Cut the croissant into pieces 
  • Mix together the eggs and milk 
  • Then add the flaked tuna and the wholegrain mustard to the mix 
  • Pour the mixture into a tin, add the tomatoes at mid-height, then continue to fill.
  • Put the black olive slices on top. 
  • Bake for 35 minutes at around 170°C
