- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 280 g tinned tuna
- 12 marinated dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 1 jar of sliced pitted black olives
- Salt/Pepper
Preparation steps
- Cut the croissant into pieces
- Mix together the eggs and milk
- Then add the flaked tuna and the wholegrain mustard to the mix
- Pour the mixture into a tin, add the tomatoes at mid-height, then continue to fill.
- Put the black olive slices on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes at around 170°C
